The FOP-H100 Industrial Safety Helmet by Foundations of Prevention (FOP) is engineered to deliver dependable head protection against small falling objects across various industrial segments. All helmets are locally produced at the FOP facility in Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, fully satisfying national and international PPE quality frameworks.

Suspension & Fit Settings: Built with an adjustable 4-point suspension system, available in Ratchet or Pinlock configurations to establish a fast, secure fit. 

Hygiene & Comfort: Features replaceable sweatbands in either plastic (PVC-coated foam) or premium leather variants. 

Flexible Accessory Integration: Outfitted with universal accessory slots to connect hearing protection, face shields, visors, or integrated eyewear. 

Extensive Size Profiling: Adapts to head circumferences spanning 52 cm to 64 cm , with secondary size-reducing comfort pads available for smaller dimensions. 

Color Selection: Available in six standard industrial colors to support workforce role differentiation: white, yellow, blue, red, green, and orange.

Product Classification & Operational Safety:

Non-Vented Models (FOP-100): Meet Class G and E requirements, protecting against electrical hazards up to 440 Vac or 1000 Vac / 1500 Vdc, alongside molten metal splash defenses. 

Vented Models: Categorized under Class C, providing no electrical insulation. 

Thermal Limitations: Certified to operate effectively in extreme low and high temperatures ranging from -30°C to +50°C. 

Service Lifecycle & Storage: Recommended maximum shell service life of up to 5 years under regular conditions ; inner suspension harnesses should be replaced every 12 months for safety. Optimal storage parameters require temperatures between +3°C and +40°C with humidity levels kept below 85%.
