Exchange Policy

Exchanges with "Jawshan SA for Workwear and Uniforms" are quick and convenient, available within 24 hours of receiving your order. All you need to do is:
  1. Contact our customer service team via the website or WhatsApp at 00966559166235.
  2. Provide them with your Order Number + the Replacement Item to submit an exchange request for you. Once the returned item is received, inspected, and verified for quality, your replacement order will be shipped immediately.

Exchange Terms & Conditions:

  1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all original tags attached, and included with complete original packaging and boxes.
  2. The customer covers an exchange fee of 30 SAR. If the product is defective or there was an error in the order, "Jawshan SA for Workwear and Uniforms" will cover all costs.
  3. Fees paid for shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) go directly to the shipping company and are non-refundable.
  4. Once the shipping label is issued by "Jawshan SA for Workwear and Uniforms" the customer must drop off the product at the nearest shipping carrier branch.
  5. Exchanges are permitted only once, and returning the replacement order is not allowed.
  6. Non-exchangeable items: Ready-made garments and fabrics.
  7. You may add any additional items of your choice to your exchange request.
  8. International Exchanges: The customer bears all shipping costs. In the case of defects or seller errors, the customer will be compensated.

Return Policy

Returns with "Jawshan SA for Workwear and Uniforms" are available within 12 hours of receiving your order. All you need to do is:
  1. Contact our customer service team via the website or WhatsApp at 00966559166235.
  2. Provide us with your Order Number, Reason for Return, IBAN Number, Bank Name, and Account Holder's Full Name (Triple Name) to submit a return request for you.
Once the product is received, inspected, and verified to include all accessories, the refund will be transferred within 2 business days of receipt.
